Apprenticeships are open to any age
Apprenticeships are no longer just for 16 to 24-year-olds, anyone regardless of age or previous qualifications can now become an apprentice. According to The House of Common Briefing Paper, 41% of the apprenticeships started in 2017/18 were by people over the age of 24.
Flexible learning around your business
Apprentices will need to spend at least 20% of their time on off-the-job training. Our training is delivered through a combination of online, webinar, classroom, as well as learning the skills they need in real circumstances faced by the business. This flexible and blended learning approach allows training to be completed around an employer’s existing workload.
