Who is the Business Administration Apprenticeship Level 3 For?
The Business Administration Apprenticeship Level 3 has been designed for individuals currently working in an administration environment who are looking to develop their skills in communication and administration.
The training will allow your staff to effectively support and engage across different parts of the organisation and interact with internal and external customers.
What Does The Course Cover?
Upon completion of the course, learners will have a good working knowledge of:
- Understand an organisation’s purpose, objectives and future vision
- Confidently use IT systems and software
- Use appropriate channels to communicate effectively
- Review processes and apply a solutions-based approach
- Produce accurate records and documents and make recommendations for improvements

Course Duration
The duration of this apprenticeship is 15 months, with the final 3 months being dedicated to end of point assessment.
Our training is tailored to suit your business needs and we will work around you to put together a training plan using a blend of online training, webinars and face-to-face workshops at your premises. We use a blend of online, webinar and practical sessions, and the apprentice will receive regular 1-1 sessions and support from their tutor.
Entry Requirements
Learners will need to meet the following requirements:
- 16 years of age or older
- 5 GCSE’s (grade A* to C/9 to 5) or equivalent

What Skills Will You Learn On a Business Administration Apprenticeship?
Funding Options
This qualification is government funded and falls under the Apprenticeship Levy Scheme. For non-levy paying organisations, it requires a 5% employer contribution.
Total cost of training is £5,000. The employer is required to fund 5% of this equating to £250.
Business that have less than 50 employees won’t pay anything if they employ apprentices under the age of 19, and will receive a £1000 incentive payment. This will be discussed during the initial engagement to determine eligibility.
