Can Apprenticeships Be Delivered Remotely?
The good news is that nearly all forms of apprenticeship training can be delivered remotely.
Our tutors can work with you over regular calls that fit in with your schedule to organise and determine the best training programme for your apprentice. This may mean the tutor remotely develops a plan that includes your apprentice moving around within your organisation to gain new skills.Â
You’ll be surprised just how much your apprentice can learn and develop without leaving your business!
Our tutors are confident and experienced in delivering lessons and one-to-one sessions through webinars, video conferences and calls. They’ll work closely with your apprentice on a regular basis to deliver training sessions online. Learners can then download and save their sessions, including the accompanying slides and resources!
Our training webinars can be accessed via a smartphone, tablet or laptop, so wherever your apprentice is working from, they’ll be able to log in.
If a learner has any questions, they can contact our tutors at any time to arrange a one to one review session.
Whatever your individual requirements as a business are, we’ll adapt our training to suit your needs. There is no reason why an apprenticeship needs to be halted during a pandemic.
