Pandemic-Proof Apprenticeships and Staff Training
If you’re considering staff training and development, or utilising apprenticeships within your business in 2021, your biggest concern may be that the pandemic will stand in your way.
However, with NTG Training that doesn’t need to be the case. Our courses are designed to be flexible and can be delivered remotely to suit your needs.
Safety is at the top of our priority list and quality staff education doesn’t have to mean compromising this.
Can Apprenticeships Be Delivered Remotely?
The good news is that nearly all forms of apprenticeship training can be delivered remotely.
Our tutors can work with you over regular calls that fit in with your schedule to organise and determine the best training programme for your apprentice. This may mean the tutor remotely develops a plan that includes your apprentice moving around within your organisation to gain new skills.
You’ll be surprised just how much your apprentice can learn and develop without leaving your business!
Our tutors are confident and experienced in delivering lessons and one-to-one sessions through webinars, video conferences and calls. They’ll work closely with your apprentice on a regular basis to deliver training sessions online. Learners can then download and save their sessions, including the accompanying slides and resources!
Our training webinars can be accessed via a smartphone, tablet or laptop, so wherever your apprentice is working from, they’ll be able to log in.
If a learner has any questions, they can contact our tutors at any time to arrange a one to one review session.
Whatever your individual requirements as a business are, we’ll adapt our training to suit your needs. There is no reason why an apprenticeship needs to be halted during a pandemic.
Remote Staff Training in 2021
Although a vaccine is on the way, it’s likely we’ll still be experiencing some element of lockdowns and social distancing in 2021.
Fortunately that doesn’t need to put the breaks on your staff development planning!
We can deliver bespoke webinars for your team with our expert tutors. Learners will still be able to engage and ask questions – we’ve ran many of these webinars in the past and still maintain excellent pass rates and results.
If you’re interested in remote staff training, the vast majority of our courses are still able to run. Just get in touch and we’ll be able to design a bespoke solution for you.
What is Remote Learning?
Remote learning is the solution to your problems!
Traditionally, staff training is carried out either in-house or in a classroom like setting.
If the pandemic has taught us a thing or two, it’s that digital communications are a completely feasible method of course delivery. Not only that, they’re highly effective too!
Remote delivery often involves:
- Video Conference Calls
- Telephone Catch-Ups
- Virtual Classrooms
- Online Learning Platforms
- Online Quizzes
Here at NTG Training, we have the staff proficiency and the resources to deliver staff training through all of these modes.
With remote learning, you’ll never have to worry about getting your staff all in the same place at the same time again. No more expensive catering bills, room hire or transport costs!
Don’t forget, remote learning is also more environmentally friendly and can help your business meet it’s eco-goals and responsibilities.
