Most employers only pay 5% of the total costs of an apprenticeship for new starters, and there are plenty of incentives for training with apprenticeships. Aside from the low costs associated with this form of staff training, there are numerous other benefits for businesses!

Understand How Marketing Effects ROI

You may know that marketing is having an impact on your bottom line, but do you know exactly what the monetary value of your marketing is? Marketing Executive apprentices will study budget management, project management and reporting to give your business a full overview of marketing spend.

Refine Marketing Efforts With Analytics and Data

Your new Marketing Executive apprentice will be able to show you exactly which marketing campaigns and platforms are leading to returns for your business. This means less time wasted on those that don't, and a more efficient return on those that do!

Communicate The Power of Marketing to Stakeholders

If your business is new to marketing or previously hasn't been investing heavily in their marketing department, you can help to convince them with your apprentice's new skills in marketing presentations and relations.
