Trusted by Businesses Growing Their Own Multi Channel Marketing Teams

"Transformed Our Junior Marketer into an Asset"

“We enrolled one of our team members onto the Multi-Channel Marketing apprenticeship with NTG, and the transformation has been remarkable. Within six months, they went from basic social media posting to running integrated campaigns across email, paid ads, and content marketing. What impressed us most was the structured approach, regular check-ins, real-world assignments, and measurable progress. The ROI has been outstanding, and we’ve already enrolled a second apprentice. NTG made the entire process seamless for us as an employer.”

Sarah M

Marketing Director

"Finally, a Training Provider That Actually Delivers"

“We’ve tried other training providers before, but NTG stands apart. Our apprentice hasn’t just learned theory, they’ve delivered genuine results for our business. From building customer personas to optimising our Google Ads performance, the skills they’ve gained are immediately applicable. What really sets NTG apart is their responsiveness and flexibility. They understood our industry challenges and tailored the learning accordingly. The regular progress reviews kept everyone accountable, and the quality of their tutors is exceptional. “

"Best Investment We've Made in Our Team"

“As a small business, we couldn’t justify the cost of hiring an experienced marketer or the time to train someone from scratch. NTG’s apprenticeship programme gave us the perfect solution. Our apprentice gained practical skills immediately, SEO, analytics, campaign planning, while we only covered a fraction of the cost thanks to government funding. The support from NTG was exceptional, always available and genuinely invested in our apprentice’s success. Twelve months later, we have a confident, capable marketer. Strongly recommend NTG.”

Funding & Costs - Simple and Transparent

What Funding is Available to Me?

Apprenticeship programmes are government-funded, with up to 100% funding as well as financial incentives available to help your business benefit from essential digital skills.

The maximum an employer will pay towards an apprenticeship is 5% of the training costs, on top of the apprentice’s salary, which must meet the National Minimum Wage.

We work hard to make the administrative process as simple as possible, taking the lead to minimise any cost to you.

If your business is non-levy paying and you’re upskilling an employee or recruiting a new apprentice aged 16-21 years old…

  • The government funds 100% of the apprenticeship
  • There is no employer contribution
  • The employer receives £1,000 incentive for apprentices aged 16-18 on enrolment (extended to 19-24 for apprentices with an EHCP). This is paid in two separate installments at months 3 & 12 of an apprenticeship.

If your business is non-levy paying and you’re upskilling an employee or recruiting a new apprentice aged over 21…

  • The government funds 95% of the apprenticeship
  • There is a 5% contribution from the employer
  • The employer receives £1,000 incentive and 100% government funding for apprentices with an EHCP aged between 16-24. This is paid in two separate installments at months 3 & 12 of an apprenticeship.

If your business is levy paying…

  • There’s no additional cost, the money comes out of your pre-existing levy pot
  • The employer receives £1,000 incentive for apprentices aged 16-18 on enrolment (extended to 19-24 for apprentices with an EHCP). This is paid in two separate installments at months 3 & 12 of an apprenticeship.

With every apprenticeship, NTG works closely with you to determine the areas of your business that you want to develop, so your apprentice’s study is tailored to your organisation’s unique needs. This means the individual quickly progresses in the areas that your business needs them to, adding measurable value from the outset.

Our apprenticeships are delivered through a combination of 1-1 sessions and small group learning; an approach designed to maximise apprentice productivity.

We combine our training with external qualifications, highly recognised throughout the industry. All of our dedicated tutors have extensive industry and apprenticeship delivery experience.
