If you want to learn a path to give first-class customer service, and of working quickly and efficiently, if you’re the type of person who can start a conversation with just about anyone then we’ll train you in how to wow a UR customer. You’ll be given the product knowledge and skills training you need to give our customers a solution that meets their needs.
As an Apprentice Customer Service specialist, you’ll be an integral part of the business, performing daily admin tasks, processes and reporting, working with customers and delivering a high standard of work.
You’ll be exceptional in the moments that matter by finding solutions for our customers that show you care, take ownership, and pay attention. High-quality experience is what we’re all about.
You’ll learn strong communication and listening skills including a friendly telephone manner. You really care about the customer and want to solve their problems quickly.
You’ve got a can-do attitude and are keen to leave the customer with a positive experience, you’ll thrive on positive feedback.
Working hours are 9-5:30 Mon – Fri
Holidays are 20 plus bank holidays for a holiday year running Jan to Dec
Salary: £6 P/H
The successful candidate will be enrolled on a Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship
