At this stage they will complete a multiple choice exam and practical skills assessment.\t\t \t\t\tEntry Requirements\t\t \t\tLearners will need to meet the following requirements:16 years of age or olderHave at least 4 GCSEs grad A*-D (9-4) equivalent, ideally including Maths and English.\t\t \t\t\tWhat Qualifications Will Be Achieved?\t\t \t\tLevel 2 Diploma Textiles Care Operative\t\t \t\t\tFunding Options\t\t \t\tThis qualification is government funded and falls under the Apprenticeship Levy Scheme. For non-levy paying organisations, it requires a 5% employer contribution.Total cost of training is \u00a34,000. The employer is required to fund 5% of this equating to \u00a3200.Business that have less than 50 employees won\u2019t pay anything if they employ apprentices under the age of 19, and will receive a \u00a31000 incentive payment.
