Day 2 - COVID-19 and the Workplace
We know that COVID-19 presents some unique challenges to mental health in the workplace, so in this email we’ll discuss some of the common concerns the pandemic is causing, and how employees and employers can combat them.
We’ll also share some of our favourite wellbeing resources!
Day 3 - 5 Minute Mental Health Miracles
On day 3 we’ll send you the ultimate printable – a list of 50 different ‘5 minute miracles’ for mental health.
