Throughout the qualification, your staff will receive regular 1-1 sessions and support from their Tutor and we will work closely with you to design a programme tailored to your business.
What does the Business Administration Course Cover?
There are two levels available (Level 2 or Level 3) which are run as separate courses.
The modules will include:
- Communication in a business environment
- Principles of providing administration services
- Production of business documents and information management
- Managing personal performance and development
- Developing effective relationships with colleagues
What qualifications will my staff achieve?
Upon completion of the training course, your staff will receive:
Level 2 or 3 Diploma Business Administration (RQF) – dependant on the Level taken

Level 1 / 2 Functional Skills English*
