The responsibilities of team leaders can include staff controlling quality, managing disputes, risk assessment, planning, motivation, communication and much more. Team leaders are needed across a wide range of industries and their role in managing the day to day performance of staff is crucial in achieving business success.
The Team Leading Apprenticeship offers a balance of on-the-job training, independent study, work experience and both knowledge and competence based assessments.
