Team Leading Apprenticeships
The Team Leader Apprenticeship has been designed to for learners progressing into supervisor/team leading role or looking to develop their current role.
Our Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship lasts for 13 months and is made up of 11 modules that will cover the totality of the standards. These will be delivered through online and physical visits throughout the first 12 months of the qualification.
What Does the Apprenticeship Cover?
During this course, learners will complete training and activities to cover the 11 modules below. These are completed through workbooks, practical sessions and observations and have been designed to meet the Team Leader/Supervisor standard as well as the HABC Level 3 Diploma in Management.

What Qualifications will you get?
This course is designed with you in mind. We work with you to develop your employees and deliver up to date and relevant skills to enable them to support and manage teams throughout your company efficiently and effectively. Learners will get:
- Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Standard
- HABC Level 3 Diploma in Management
- Functional Skills Maths Level 2
- Functional Skills English Level 2
End Point Assessment
After 12 months the learner will have completed their level 2 Functional skills qualifications, completed all modules within the course, completed all three activities and developed their portfolio. They will then be ready to progress onto EPA (End Point Assessment) This Includes:
This is a compilation of the apprentice’s best work over the duration of the program and is to be pulled from their portfolio and assessed against the standard. The portfolio will be used to evidence the application of knowledge and demonstration of skills and behaviours across the standard
Knowledge Test using Scenarios and Questions
The learner will take part in a structured series of questions to assess their knowledge in all aspects of the standard. A variety of different scenarios and situations will be used with a set of questions for each. These tests will be delivered online and will be multiple choice.
Structured Competency Based Interview
The learner will take part in structured interview to test the learners knowledge across the entire standard. This will be completed using a series of pre written questions and can be completed either online, over the phone or written.
Professional Discussion relating to CPD activity
Throughout the qualification, the learner will regularly update their CPD log with training and activities carried out. During EPA, they will complete a professional discussion with their external assessor relating to their CPD. This will include discussing the objectives of the activities, reflection on the outcomes and how learning gained was applied.
This Qualification is Government Funded and falls under the new Apprenticeship Levy Scheme. Our Team Leader/Supervisor Qualification requires a 10% employer contribution. Total costs of training is £5,000 The employer is required to fund 10% of this equating to £500

5 x Payments of £100 + VAT
Businesses who have less than 50 employees won’t pay anything if they employ apprentices under the age of 19, and will receive a £1,000 payment.
